1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Minimum Stress platform, including our website, booking tools, marketplace features, wellness assessments, calculators, audio content, digital materials, products, sessions, packages, events, and related services, collectively referred to as the “Platform.”

Minimum Stress Consulting Services LLC (“Minimum Stress,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates as a wellness platform that helps users discover, purchase, book, and access wellness-related offerings.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. Platform Role and Scope

Minimum Stress is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical services, therapy, diagnosis, emergency services, or clinical care.

The Platform may connect users with independent third-party consultants, instructors, coaches, hosts, sellers, or other providers (“Providers”). These Providers operate independently and are responsible for their own offerings, quality, safety, content, schedules, performance, and outcomes.

Minimum Stress provides platform infrastructure, discovery, booking, checkout, payment facilitation, customer support, and related marketplace functionality.

3. User Types and Accounts

The Platform may be used by customers who purchase products, book sessions, access digital content, complete wellness tools, subscribe to emails, or attend events.

The Platform may also be used by Providers who offer services, sessions, classes, events, physical products, or digital content. Platform administrators manage marketplace operations.

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

4. Marketplace Offerings and Availability

The Platform may include physical wellness products, digital products, one-on-one or group wellness sessions, session packages, live or recorded events, booking tools, scheduling tools, free assessments, calculators, reviews, ratings, and discovery features.

Minimum Stress does not guarantee availability, suitability, quality, results, outcomes, or that any offering will meet your expectations.

Providers may change, cancel, reschedule, update, or discontinue offerings. Minimum Stress may modify, remove, or limit listings, features, pages, products, or content at any time.

5. Physical Products and Third-Party Fulfillment

Physical products listed on the Platform may be offered by third-party sellers, suppliers, fulfillment partners, manufacturers, or retail partners.

Minimum Stress does not manufacture, warehouse, or ship physical products unless explicitly stated. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on supplier, carrier, region, inventory, weather, customs, or other external conditions.

Product descriptions, specifications, compliance statements, warranties, labeling, safety information, and recall obligations may be provided or controlled by third parties.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds for physical products are governed by the applicable product return policy and may vary by item, supplier, or fulfillment partner.

6. Digital Products, Audio Content, and License Terms

Digital products may include our own hosted audio content, meditation audio, recorded sessions, educational materials, downloadable materials, video content, digital guides, online tools, or similar resources.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, digital products and content are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use and are not sold. Ownership and intellectual property rights remain with Minimum Stress, the Provider, or the applicable rights holder.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, resell, sublicense, publish, or otherwise exploit digital products or audio content except as expressly permitted by the rights holder.

Digital product sales are generally final and non-refundable once access is granted or delivery occurs, unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated.

7. Wellness Tools, Assessments, and Calculators

The Platform may offer wellness assessments and calculators related to burnout, nervous system regulation, sleep, cortisol, gut health, inflammation, biological age, BMI, body composition, calories, or similar wellness topics.

These tools are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Results are estimates based on user-provided inputs and should not be treated as medical diagnosis, clinical advice, or a substitute for professional care.

You are responsible for how you use or interpret results. If you have health concerns, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

8. Sessions, Packages, and Completion

Sessions may be purchased individually or as part of a package. Each session is treated as a separate unit of service. A package represents a bundle of sessions and does not guarantee completion, transformation, or any specific outcome.

Completion status may be determined by Platform booking records, attendance, Provider confirmation, or other operational records.

You are responsible for arriving on time, maintaining an appropriate environment, and ensuring stable internet connectivity for online sessions. Late arrival does not extend a session beyond its scheduled end time.

9. Events

Events may be hosted online or in person by independent hosts. Event policies may vary by host and may include rules related to attendance, start times, venue requirements, rescheduling, cancellations, refunds, safety guidelines, and force majeure circumstances.

Minimum Stress does not control event venues, host performance, event execution, or attendee conduct and is not responsible for venue conditions, host actions, cancellations, delays, or event changes.

10. Payments, Holds, Disputes, and Payouts

Payments on the Platform are processed through third-party payment processors or commerce platforms. Customers pay through the Platform, and Minimum Stress may facilitate payouts to Providers under Platform payout rules.

Funds may be temporarily held to support session completion, event occurrence, refund windows, dispute resolution, risk controls, fraud prevention, chargeback management, and compliance requirements.

Provider payouts may be reduced by Platform commissions, payment processing fees, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, adjustments, or other amounts permitted by these Terms and applicable policies.

Providers are responsible for their own taxes, reporting obligations, licenses, permits, and business compliance requirements.

11. Cancellations, No-Shows, and Refunds

Refund eligibility, rescheduling, cancellations, and no-show treatment are governed by the Platform’s Refund & Cancellation Policy and any terms clearly presented during checkout or booking.

For sessions, the Platform standard may require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Sessions missed without required notice may be considered used and forfeited.

Digital products are generally non-refundable once access is granted or delivery occurs, unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated. Physical product returns and refunds follow the applicable product return policy.

12. Provider Status and Platform Discretion

Providers operate independently and are not employees, partners, agents, contractors, or representatives of Minimum Stress.

Providers are not guaranteed minimum earnings, visibility, ranking, promotion, traffic, or any specific number of bookings.

Minimum Stress may review, approve, reject, modify, suspend, or remove Provider listings, access, accounts, or content at any time to maintain quality, comply with law, manage risk, or protect users.

13. Wellness and Medical Disclaimer

The Platform and all content, sessions, tools, assessments, calculators, recommendations, digital products, and audio content are provided for educational and general wellness purposes only.

The Platform is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or emergency services.

If you have a medical or mental health concern, seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional. If you believe you may be experiencing an emergency, call emergency services immediately.

You acknowledge that participation in movement, breathwork, meditation, coaching, bodywork, or similar activities may involve inherent risks, and you assume responsibility for your participation.

14. User Content, Reviews, and Feedback

Users may submit reviews, comments, messages, feedback, images, testimonials, and other content.

By submitting content, you grant Minimum Stress a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, display, modify, distribute, and promote that content for Platform operations, marketing, trust, safety, and business purposes, subject to applicable law.

Minimum Stress may moderate, remove, restrict, or refuse content at its discretion, including content that is misleading, abusive, unlawful, infringing, deceptive, discriminatory, unsafe, or inconsistent with Platform standards.

15. Account Suspension and Termination

Minimum Stress may suspend or terminate accounts, access, listings, payments, or Platform features at any time where we believe it is necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, manage risk, prevent fraud, comply with law, or maintain Platform quality.

Pending payouts may be withheld, offset, delayed, or adjusted to resolve refunds, disputes, chargebacks, policy violations, or compliance issues.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MINIMUM STRESS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

MINIMUM STRESS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT ANY OFFERING WILL ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Minimum Stress is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, personal injury, or dissatisfaction with any Provider offering.

To the extent Minimum Stress is found liable for any claim, Minimum Stress’s total liability will not exceed the total amount paid by you through the Platform in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Minimum Stress, its owners, officers, directors, employees, affiliates, service providers, and partners from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from or related to your use of the Platform, your interactions with Providers or customers, your content submissions, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

19. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

To the maximum extent permitted by law, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis and not as a class, collective, or representative action.

You and Minimum Stress waive any right to participate in a class action or class arbitration. Where arbitration is not permitted under applicable law, disputes will be resolved in courts located in California.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.

Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
