When you book a session, package, class, consultation, or event, we collect information necessary to schedule the booking, process payment, send confirmations, manage attendance, and support cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, or disputes.

Independent consultants, instructors, coaches, or event hosts may receive limited information required to deliver the booked service.

If physical products are sold through the Platform, order and shipping information may be shared with fulfillment, logistics, or supplier partners solely for order processing and delivery.
