RETURN POLICY

This Return Policy applies only to physical products purchased through the Minimum Stress platform. This Policy does not apply to digital products, sessions, packages, or events, which are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

By purchasing a physical product through the Platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. MARKETPLACE AND FULFILLMENT NOTICE

Minimum Stress operates as a marketplace platform. Physical products available on the Platform are offered and fulfilled by independent third-party sellers or fulfillment partners.

Minimum Stress does not manufacture, store, or ship physical products and does not take physical possession of inventory.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

A physical product may be eligible for return if all of the following conditions are met:

The return request is submitted within 14 days of the product delivery date.
The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
The product is returned in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and components included.

Products that show signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain physical products may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to:

Items marked as final sale on the product page.
Personal care or hygiene items that have been opened or used.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

Return eligibility may vary depending on the supplier or product listing.

4. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact Minimum Stress within 7 days of delivery.

You may be required to provide clear photos or other documentation to verify the issue. Once verified, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on supplier availability and resolution options.

5. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, you must contact us at minimumstressllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Return shipping instructions will be provided once your request is approved. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Unauthorized returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

6. SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES

Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7. REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by the supplier or fulfillment partner.

Processing times may vary and typically take several business days depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

8. EXCHANGES

Exchanges are not guaranteed and depend on product availability. If an exchange is not possible, a refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion.

9. THIRD-PARTY RESPONSIBILITY

Because products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers, return approvals, replacement availability, and refund timing may depend on supplier policies and logistics.

Minimum Stress will assist in facilitating communication but is not responsible for supplier delays or decisions beyond our control.

10. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

Minimum Stress reserves the right to modify or update this Return Policy at any time. Changes will apply to purchases made after the updated policy is posted on the Platform.
