This Return Policy applies only to physical products purchased through the Minimum Stress website. It does not apply to digital products, wellness sessions, consultations, packages, workshops, or events. Those may be governed by separate refund or cancellation terms.
Fulfillment Notice
Minimum Stress offers curated wellness and self-care products through our online platform. Physical products may be fulfilled through approved fulfillment partners, suppliers, or logistics providers.
Depending on the product, items may ship from different locations and may arrive in separate packages. Shipping timelines, availability, and return eligibility may vary by product.
Eligibility for Returns
A physical product may be eligible for return if all of the following conditions are met:
- The return request is submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The product is unused, unworn, unopened where applicable, and in its original condition.
- The product is returned in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, inserts, and components included.
- The item is not marked as final sale or otherwise listed as non-returnable.
Products that show signs of use, wear, damage, alteration, or missing packaging may not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items

- Opened or used personal care, hygiene, bath, body, aromatherapy, or wellness products.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

To help us review the issue, please email your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and the issue itself.
