REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, and no-show situations are handled on the Minimum Stress platform. This Policy applies to all purchases made through the Platform, including physical products, digital products, sessions, session packages, and events.
By making a purchase or booking through the Platform, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
1. GENERAL PRINCIPLES
Minimum Stress operates as a marketplace platform connecting users with independent third-party providers, sellers, instructors, and event hosts. Refund and cancellation eligibility depends on the type of product or service purchased and the applicable provider or event terms.
Minimum Stress collects payments on behalf of providers and facilitates refunds in accordance with this Policy. Minimum Stress reserves the right to deny refunds that do not meet the conditions outlined below.
2. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Physical products sold through the Platform are fulfilled by third-party suppliers or sellers.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges for physical products are subject to the specific return policy listed on the product page at the time of purchase. Return eligibility may depend on the condition of the product, time since delivery, and supplier requirements.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Minimum Stress does not manufacture, store, or ship physical products and is not responsible for supplier delays, lost shipments, or manufacturing defects, but will assist in facilitating communication where appropriate.
3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products include, but are not limited to, meditation audio, recorded sessions, video content, and educational materials.
All digital products are licensed, not sold. Once access to a digital product is granted, the purchase is final and non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for digital products once accessed, downloaded, streamed, or otherwise made available to the user, except where required by applicable law.
4. SESSIONS AND INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS
Sessions may be offered online or in person by independent providers.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling, subject to provider availability.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session time are non-refundable.
If a user fails to attend a scheduled session without prior cancellation, the session may be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
If a provider cancels a session, the user will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund for the affected session.
5. SESSION PACKAGES
Session packages consist of multiple individual sessions sold at a bundled price.
Each session within a package is treated as a separate unit of service.
Refunds are not available for sessions that have already been completed or attended.
Unused sessions within a package may be eligible for refund or credit only if requested before any sessions are completed and subject to the terms listed on the package page at the time of purchase.
Minimum Stress reserves the right to deduct the full value of completed sessions from any refund amount.
6. EVENTS
Events may be hosted online or in person by independent event hosts.
Event refund and cancellation terms are determined by the event listing and may vary depending on the nature of the event.
Unless otherwise stated on the event page, event purchases are non-refundable once the event has started or once access has been provided.
If an event is canceled by the host, users may be offered a refund, credit, or rescheduled date at the host’s discretion.
Minimum Stress is not responsible for changes, delays, or cancellations caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or government restrictions.
7. PAYMENT DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS
Users are encouraged to contact Minimum Stress before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Minimum Stress may result in account suspension or restriction.
Minimum Stress reserves the right to withhold refunds or credits in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of Platform policies.
8. PROCESSING OF REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution and typically take several business days to appear.
9. POLICY CHANGES
Minimum Stress reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will apply to purchases made after the updated Policy is posted on the Platform.
