Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, no-shows, digital products, physical products, packages, and events are handled on the Minimum Stress platform.
1. General Principles
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to purchases and bookings made through the Minimum Stress platform, including physical products, digital products, wellness sessions, session packages, classes, events, and related services.
Minimum Stress operates as a wellness platform that may connect users with independent third-party consultants, instructors, coaches, hosts, sellers, fulfillment partners, and other providers.
Refund and cancellation eligibility depends on the type of product or service purchased, the timing of the request, the applicable provider or event terms, and any clearly stated terms shown at checkout or booking.
2. Physical Products
Physical products sold through the Platform may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers, sellers, fulfillment partners, manufacturers, or retail partners.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges for physical products are subject to the specific return policy listed on the product page at the time of purchase.
Return eligibility may depend on the condition of the product, time since delivery, supplier requirements, product category, hygiene or safety restrictions, and whether the item is unused, unopened, or in original packaging.
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Minimum Stress does not manufacture, warehouse, or ship physical products unless explicitly stated. We may assist with communication where appropriate, but supplier delays, carrier delays, lost shipments, product defects, warranties, recalls, and fulfillment issues may remain the responsibility of the relevant supplier, seller, carrier, or manufacturer.
3. Digital Products and Audio Content
Digital products may include our own hosted audio content, meditation audio, recorded sessions, video content, courses, downloadable materials, digital guides, educational content, or similar resources.
Digital products are licensed for personal use and are not sold unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Once access to a digital product is granted, delivered, downloaded, streamed, or otherwise made available to the user, the purchase is generally final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated on the product page.
Refunds will not be issued for digital products due to user preference, completed access, partial usage, download issues caused by user device settings, or failure to read the product description before purchase.
4. Sessions and Individual Bookings
Sessions may be offered online or in person by independent consultants, instructors, coaches, specialists, guides, or providers.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time may be eligible for rescheduling, credit, or refund, subject to provider availability and the terms shown at booking.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session time are generally non-refundable.
If a user fails to attend a scheduled session without prior cancellation, the session may be considered a no-show and may be non-refundable.
If a provider cancels a session, the user may be offered the option to reschedule, receive a credit, or receive a refund for the affected session.
5. Session Packages
Session packages consist of multiple individual sessions sold together at a bundled or package price.
Each session within a package is treated as a separate unit of service. Completion, attendance, cancellation, and refund treatment may be assessed per session.
Refunds are not available for sessions that have already been completed, attended, missed without required notice, or marked as used under Platform records.
Unused sessions within a package may be eligible for refund or credit only if requested before any sessions are completed and only where permitted by the terms shown on the package page at the time of purchase.
Minimum Stress may deduct the full standard value of completed or used sessions from any refund amount. If a package discount was applied, the refund amount may be adjusted to reflect the regular price of completed sessions.
6. Events
Events may be hosted online or in person by independent event hosts, consultants, instructors, coaches, or providers.
Event refund and cancellation terms may vary depending on the event listing, host requirements, venue rules, preparation costs, capacity limits, and the nature of the event.
Unless otherwise stated on the event page, event purchases are generally non-refundable once the event has started, once access has been provided, or after the stated cancellation window has passed.
If an event is canceled by the host, users may be offered a refund, credit, or rescheduled date depending on the circumstances and event terms.
Minimum Stress is not responsible for changes, delays, venue issues, travel costs, technical failures, weather, government restrictions, or force majeure events beyond reasonable control.
7. Free Tools, Assessments, and Calculators
Free wellness tools, assessments, quizzes, calculators, audio previews, educational content, and result summaries are provided for general informational and educational purposes only.
Because these tools are provided at no direct cost, they do not create refund rights. If you provide your email to receive results, you may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
8. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Users are encouraged to contact Minimum Stress before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that we can review the issue and attempt to resolve it.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account restrictions, suspension, or loss of access to certain Platform features where permitted by law.
Minimum Stress may withhold refunds, credits, or access in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, duplicate claims, policy violations, chargeback exposure, or misuse of the Platform.
9. Processing of Approved Refunds
Approved refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Refund processing times may vary depending on Shopify, payment processors, banks, card networks, and financial institutions. Refunds may take several business days to appear after processing.
Minimum Stress cannot guarantee the exact timing of when a refund will appear on your statement after it has been submitted for processing.
10. Credits and Rescheduling
In some cases, Minimum Stress or the applicable provider may offer store credit, session credit, or rescheduling instead of a refund.
Credits may be subject to expiration dates, provider availability, category restrictions, or additional terms provided at the time the credit is issued.
11. Exceptions Required by Law
Nothing in this Policy limits any refund, cancellation, consumer protection, or legal rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Where local law requires a different refund or cancellation treatment, we will comply with applicable legal requirements.
12. Policy Changes
Minimum Stress may update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time.
Changes will apply to purchases and bookings made after the updated Policy is posted on the Platform.
