Consultant Platform Terms

These Consultant Platform Terms govern your participation on the Minimum Stress platform. By submitting an application, providing information, or offering services through the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

Minimum Stress operates solely as a marketplace and booking platform that connects independent consultants with users seeking wellness-related services. Minimum Stress does not provide wellness services directly, does not supervise or control how services are delivered, and does not employ consultants in any capacity. You participate on the platform as an independent service provider and not as an employee, agent, partner, or representative of Minimum Stress. Nothing in these terms creates an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.

All services offered through the platform are non-medical and non-therapeutic in nature. Consultants do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, or licensed healthcare services through the platform. Any information, guidance, or support provided during sessions is for general wellness and educational purposes only. Clients remain fully responsible for their own physical and mental health decisions. Minimum Stress makes no representations or guarantees regarding outcomes, results, or effectiveness of any session.

Consultants are solely responsible for the content, quality, accuracy, and delivery of their sessions. This includes ensuring that services are lawful, appropriate, and compliant with applicable regulations in the consultant’s jurisdiction. Consultants are responsible for setting clear expectations, boundaries, and scope of services with clients. Minimum Stress does not evaluate, monitor, or endorse individual consultant methods or practices.

Bookings are facilitated through the platform for scheduling and payment purposes only. Consultants agree to attend sessions on time, communicate professionally, and deliver sessions as described in their listings. Minimum Stress reserves the right to remove or suspend consultants who fail to meet platform standards or whose conduct may negatively impact users or the platform.

The platform enforces standard booking policies for all consultants. Clients are required to provide at least twenty four hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without providing the required notice, the session is considered used and forfeited. No refund, reschedule, or credit is issued for missed sessions. These policies are fixed and apply to all listings on the platform.

Platform commission is applied on a per session basis and only to sessions that are successfully completed. Consultants set their own session pricing and may choose to offer discounted session packages. When a package is offered, the total package price is converted into an effective per session rate for commission and payout calculations. All payments are processed through the platform. Consultant payouts are issued on a weekly basis and consist of the total amount earned from completed sessions during the applicable payout period, minus the platform’s commission and any applicable processing fees. No payment is issued for sessions that are cancelled, forfeited, or not completed. Minimum Stress does not release funds prior to session completion and is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banks, or incomplete payout information provided by the consultant.

By submitting photos, descriptions, videos, or other materials to the platform, consultants grant Minimum Stress a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display, and promote such content for platform related purposes, including marketing and listings. Consultants confirm that they own or have permission to use all submitted content and that such content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Minimum Stress reserves the right to review, approve, reject, modify, suspend, or remove consultant listings at its discretion. This includes requesting changes to descriptions, pricing presentation, or media, or removing access to the platform when necessary to protect users, maintain platform quality, or comply with legal obligations. No guarantee of continued listing or placement is provided.

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Minimum Stress disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or services provided by consultants. Consultants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Minimum Stress from any claims, disputes, losses, or liabilities arising from their services, conduct, or content.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If you do not agree with these terms, you may not participate as a consultant on the Minimum Stress platform. Continued participation constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms.
