A clean private room is the most rentable thing you own
It suits more kinds of practitioner than anything else on this site, and the ones who need it need it every week.

About
$390 a month
$4,680 a year, from about 9 booked hours a month. This is your rate in full — nothing is deducted from it.
An estimate from the numbers above, not a forecast. Nobody books every free hour, which is why the share that books is yours to set here rather than hidden in the sum. What you actually earn depends on your town, your hours and your room.
List your spaceAbout ten minutes. You set the hours and the rate, and can change both.
Who uses a treatment room?
A private room somebody can see one person in, without signing a lease for it.
For work
- Practitioners seeing private clients
- Consultants and coaches
- Visiting specialists
- Practitioners running a second location
What makes one bookable
- A sink in the room, or immediately outside it. It is the single most asked-about detail.
- A treatment couch, and whether it stays or folds away.
- Hard flooring or something wipeable, and say which.
- A lock on the door and no window anybody can see through.
- Somewhere a client can sit for five minutes before or after.
Different people, different practices — is that a problem?
It is why the listing has house rules, and why they are on the page before anybody books rather than in an email afterwards. No scented oils, no candles, wipe the couch down, take your rubbish — whatever the room actually needs. Every practitioner carries their own insurance and is responsible for their own clients and their own qualifications.
How it works
- 1List your space — photographs, the address, how many it holds, your rate, and the hours you are happy for it to be used. About ten minutes.
- 2Choose what you allow. Personal practice, private client sessions, small groups, a camera in the room — you decide what happens in there, use by use.
- 3Choose how bookings arrive. Approve each request yourself, or let a matching booking go straight through.
- 4Get booked. Everybody says what they are using the space for and how many are coming before they pay, and your rate reaches your bank after each session.
By listing, you agree to our Host Terms.

Minimum Stress is a booking platform. It does not own or control the spaces listed. Hosts are responsible for having the right to let their room, and practitioners for their own qualifications, registration and insurance.
