- Describe the floor material, clear dimensions and any footwear restrictions.
- List mirrors and barres only when they are available for guests to use.
- State the music, noise and group-size rules before a guest books.
- Choose the permitted uses; adding a space type does not allow parties or nightlife.
Does listing my studio mean I have to accept every use?
No. You choose availability, capacity and allowed uses. Mark only activities the space genuinely supports. Booking requests and substitute-instructor requests are separate workflows.
How it works
- 1List your space — photographs, the address, how many it holds, your rate, and the hours you are happy for it to be used. About ten minutes.
- 2Choose what you allow. Private client sessions, movement, small groups, a camera in the room — you decide what happens in there, use by use.
- 3Choose how bookings arrive. Approve each request yourself, or let a matching booking go straight through.
- 4Get booked. Everybody says what they are using the space for and how many are coming before they pay, and your rate reaches your bank after each session.
